Huckelberry Pie

You'll Need:

3 cup(s) , Huckleberries
1 cup(s) , Sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) , Almond Extract
2 pieces , Fresh Pie Pastry 2 pieces, 1 for top and bottom
1 cup(s) , Apple Grated
2 tablespoon(s) , Flour
1 pinch , Salt

Procedure:

Measure ingredients into a two-quart mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cover with top crust and bake at 375 F for about one hour or until nicely browned.
